    At Cellis, we believe in clarity in your skin and in your experience with us. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

    Our Return Window
    You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. 

    What Can Be Returned
    To be eligible, your item must be:

    • Unused and undamaged
    • In its original packaging

    Due to hygiene standards, personal care products (including skincare) cannot be returned once opened or used.

    We also do not accept returns on:

    • Sale items
    • Gift cards

    How to Start a Return
    Email us at customerservices@cellis.com to begin the process. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

    If approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your return. You then have an additional 14 days to send your return. 

    Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
    We always quality check, but if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us straight away so we can put things right.

    Exchanges
    We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you'd like something else, return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is processed.

    Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. If it is, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    Please note:

    • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
    • If it's been over 15 business days since approval and no refund has appeared, contact us on customerservices@cellis.com
