Shipping in the UK

We currently offer standard delivery across the UK, with estimated arrival in 3–5 business days.

Delivery is £4.95 for all orders.

Free shipping applies automatically on orders over £65.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your Cellis order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Where We Ship

We deliver throughout the UK. Please note that orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and certain England/Scotland border postcodes may take a little longer to arrive.

Delivery Concerns

If your order hasn’t arrived or something doesn’t seem right, please reach out to us within 10 days of your expected delivery date via customerservices@cellis.com.

We’ll always do our best to help, but please note:

We can only investigate lost parcels 10 working days after the latest estimated delivery date.

We can’t take responsibility for parcels marked as delivered to a safe place, neighbour, or parcel forwarding address. Orders shipped to these locations are at the buyer’s risk, and unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or replacements for missing parcels in these cases.
